This reflective disk is sterling silver and measures 22.6mm round. In the center of the disk is a 4.39ct lab created yellow sapphire that is bezel set and floats in the center from a 14k yellow gold bar that has sterling silver granulations. The overall height of this is 30.6mm tall with a hidden bail behind that will accomidate most standard size chains.
