Most often we work with platinum, gold, or silver, but we're always up for a challenge. Using both torches and a laser welder, we can perform repairs that can't be done with a torch alone.
We don't repair watches, but we do offer battery replacement.

We estimate most jewelry repairs will be completed within 10 days. If special parts are needed or during the holiday season, repairs may take a few extra days.
With four experienced jewelers on-site, we offer one of the fastest repair turnaround times in the area. Your jewelry never leaves our store, except for bead and pearl restringing, which is done by a trusted specialist we've worked with for decades.
Yes! We guarantee our repairs (on the item we repaired), items we sell, and custom design work for one year from the date of pickup, with no additional warranty required. During that time, we'll repair any problems or replace as warranted due to structural issues or normal wear and tear.
We can't cover pieces that have been abused, like going through a garbage disposal, getting rolled over by a vehicle, crushed in a doorway, or battered in a motorcycle accident (yes, these are all real customer stories!). For items not covered by our guarantee, we're happy to repair them at our normal rates.
For an exact estimate, bring the piece into our store. We can't accurately quote a price until we see the item, learn why it broke, and make a thorough assessment of the repair. That's why we don't quote repair costs over the phone.
Some repairs aren't recommended when we determine they won't last or hold up to normal wear. In those cases, we'll advise you not to repair the item, because we want to make sure your jewelry is wearable.
