I have used Simply Unique many times for jewelry purchases, repairs, and designs. Their inventory is so different from any other and the pieces I have purchased are one of a kind. I always take my repair work there and found their repairs top quality at a fair price.

But they really excel in creating and designing pieces. I worked with them to reset my wedding ring, and they were able to update my setting while still staying true to the original. But my FAVORITE is a ring we designed together as a anniversary present for my husband.  I have the idea and they were able to create a spectacular piece that is not only a statement but truly reflects the person it was made for.

As a first- time customer, I was impressed! These guys know their stuff!  I appreciated the time they spent listening to my requests, and I found Tim the owner knowledgeable and willing to go out of his way to assist with everything I wanted done. This store is unique due to its emphasis on personalized customer service without the "pressure". Staff are attentive and their  prices beat the "Big Guys!"  They have many unique pieces you won't find anywhere else!  And the fact they design, make and facilitate jewelry repairs is a very rare find in our area.  (They have goldsmiths working at the store).   I definitely would recommend anyone who appreciates friendly service and quality merchandise at fair prices, to visit their store. I think you will be pleasantly surprised!  I certainly was!
I have definitely found my new go-to jewelry store!                          5 Stars all round!
