Creating a one-of-a-kind piece is easier than you think. It's as simple as sharing your ideas, along with any images or sketches, so we can understand your vision. Our jewelers take it from there.

Start To Finish
Here's exactly what to expect when you work with us on a custom piece, from the first conversation to the day you take it home.

Tell us what you have in mind by filling out our custom piece form, or give us a call to talk with our jewelry artist and set up a personal appointment.

Share a photo of a similar piece, sketch out your idea, show us an object that inspires you, or simply describe what you're picturing to our metalsmith.

A diamond from your grandmother's engagement ring or any other stones you love can become part of your custom piece. Don't have any? No problem. We can help you choose from our vast collection.

We stay in touch throughout the entire process to make sure you're completely happy with every detail.

Our CAD software faithfully turns your vision into a detailed rendering, so you can see your design before anything is made. We proudly use CounterSketch to create and modify custom jewelry projects.

Once you approve your design, we create a 3D wax or resin model you can touch and try on before it's cast in your chosen metal. CAD never replaces our jewelers or hand fabrication, but it gives you an important preview of your piece.

We'll call you as soon as it's finished so you can start wearing your one-of-a-kind creation right away, and hopefully pass it down someday.
